Clarins Cleansing oil

When trying new products make sure you are using it correctly to get the best results. I have been using this oil cleanser and to tell you the truth, I wasn't very fond of it... That is until I started using it correctly. Now I love it ❤ 

I was using it as you would any other oil cleanser, but what I wasn't doing was adding a little water to it once it was on my skin.. This made all the difference ❤BB

Week 1 Foundation trial -Lancome

Week one - Lancome

I was really happy with both of the Lancôme foundations that I trialled.

Lancôme doesn't have an overly large range of foundations, but they do have a good range of colours in the foundations that I tried. I didn't have any problems matching my colour.

Nude and Natural

I love a nude and natural lip especially when I go quite heavy on the eyes. This pretty colour is from BobbiBrown -caramel #57

Quick and easy tan

This little beauty is a lifesaver !! If you need a quick last minute tan, this is the one. So quick and easy and you don't have to wait for it to develop. Instant tan with a natural looking colour and it lasts really well. This is one of my favourite products and always kept

on hand for that tanning "emergency" ❤️BB

To glow or not to glow ?

Do you ever get misled by the wording & packaging on products ?

I do ? (Sometimes) 😉 

With this particular product I did.. When I bought this product I was under the impression from the wording and packaging that I would get a beautiful GLOW to the skin.( that's what it says right ) so I was expecting a glow that is either luminous, light reflecting, has a sheen, shimmer, pearl like reflect or something ! But No, it's just a moisturiser... You won't get a special glow just a normal moisturised skin.

Mascaras

I have been using Lancome Mascaras for years. My favourite being Hypnose Drama. I really wanted to see if there was a mascara out there that I would love just as much. So my hunt began... I tried a few different brands from the more prestigious companies and all were ok but nothing really stood out. I then started looking at the more generic brands and again some were ok and some were not. When I did find one that I did particularly like I decided to do a comparison test.
Generic V'S Prestigious to see if anyone could see a difference between the two. I couldn't see a difference with my lashes, they still looked long and thick. So my point being, do you have to spend big to have great lashes ?  I will let you be the judge of that ! BB X
